We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, species information, photographs, availability, pricing, and other information on our website are accurate. However, errors or omissions may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, adjust availability, or cancel or modify an affected order where reasonably necessary.

Prices and product availability may change without notice. Changes do not affect completed purchases except where an error has occurred or where a change has been agreed upon with the customer.

Photographs are provided to help illustrate our products. Because plants are living organisms and naturally vary through the seasons and between individuals, the appearance of a plant you receive may differ from photographs shown on our website.

Orders & Payment

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and current contact, billing, shipping, and other information reasonably necessary for us to process and fulfill your order.

We reserve the right to decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, information or pricing is incorrect, payment cannot be processed, an order appears fraudulent, or fulfilling the order would violate applicable law.

If Satinflower Nurseries needs to cancel or materially change a paid order because of an error or availability issue on our part, we will contact you and work with you to provide an appropriate substitution, store credit, or refund, as applicable.

Plants, Seed & Growing Information

We take care to correctly identify, grow, collect, handle, store, and provide our native plants and seed. We also provide information intended to help customers select, plant, sow, and care for native species.

Plants and seed are living biological materials, and their performance is influenced by many factors outside our control. Germination, establishment, growth, flowering, dormancy, survival, and mature size may vary depending on species, seed lot, site conditions, planting or sowing time, weather, moisture, soil, drainage, pests, storage, handling, and other environmental conditions.

Growing, planting, ecological, and species information provided on our website is offered as practical guidance based on the information available to us and our experience with native plants. It should be considered in the context of your particular site and circumstances.

Successful germination, establishment, growth, or survival cannot be guaranteed unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Returns, Cancellations & Custom Orders

Returns, exchanges, refunds, cancellations, plant-health concerns, seed orders, custom and special orders, delayed pickups, and related matters are governed by our Return Policy.

Please review the Return Policy before placing an order, particularly when purchasing custom-grown plants, custom seed blends, bulk seed, dormant plants, or other specially prepared products.

Pickup, Delivery & Shipping

Pickup, delivery, and shipping options vary depending on the product and order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, shipping, and delivery information and for collecting pickup orders within the agreed timeframe.

Any specific shipping, delivery, pickup, holding, or plant-care terms communicated for an order form part of the terms applicable to that order.

Website Content & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the text, photographs, graphics, logos, educational materials, product information, and other original content on this website are owned by or used with permission by Satinflower Nurseries and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and use website content for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, or commercially use our original content without permission, except where otherwise permitted by law.
