Work-Study Students 2024
Over the past several years, we have collaborated with Camosun and HCP to bring horticulture students to the nursery to work alongside our team. We do this in hopes of providing hands-on experience for working at a nursery or in the horticulture field. Every year we look forward to the one or two weeks the students are with us and couldn’t be more grateful for the helping hands. We are amazed by the knowledge and enthusiasm they bring!
This season (2024), we were fortunate to host six students who jumped into a variety of tasks, including seeding, potting, seed collection, and even working off-site on exciting new projects. Our goal is always to offer a well-rounded experience.
