We recently partnered with our friends at Pollinator Partnership Canada to plant a native plant garden at the Nanaimo Airport. Look out for this new garden outside the main doors of the airport. You'll find native plants like Red Elderberry, Saskatoon, Common Snowberry, Black Hawthorn and wildflowers like Junegrass, Great Camas, Large-leaved Lupine, Field Chickweed and many more! Way to go Nanaimo Airport for "getting on board" with native plants!

Check out the vigorous roots on this Red Elderberry!
